TU to Host School 咨询 Conference
Post Published On:托马斯。 大学 will be welcoming school counselors from across Southwest Georgia as it hosts the Georgia School Counselor Association (GSCA) Region 6 Conference.
The conference will include school counselors from Sumter, 伦道夫, 特勒尔, 李, 脆, 特纳, 价值, 多尔蒂, 卡尔豪, 粘土, Tift, 早期, 贝克, 米切尔, 科尔奎特, 米勒, 塞米诺尔, 迪凯特, 格雷迪, 托马斯。, 威尔科克斯, 本•希尔, 欧文, Berrien, 烹饪, 朗兹, and Brooks counties.
School counselors from Forsyth County Schools, local therapists from the Vashti Center, and Hands and Hearts for Horses will present on the topic “Making a Difference in the Lives of Students: Addressing Anxiety in Children and Adolescents” 从8点开始.m. 到3点.m. on Friday, February 23 in the Flowers Auditorium.
The presenters will address the effects of anxiety in children and adolescents, and on interventions you use to make a difference.
